General Auction Terms
Announcements at Auction Site & on Auction Days Supersede These Terms
Bidders must register with a photo I.D.
All items must be removed from the auction site within one hour after last auction item is sold.
No item is to be removed from auction site until that item is paid for.
When buyer is handed an item won with highest bid, that item becomes the responsibility of that buyer.
A 5% Buyer's Premium is charged when payment is by credit card and for all absentee bids.
If buyer pays with cash or a local check, there is no Buyer's Premium.
We accept for payment: Cash, Local Checks, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.
When an item is passed or left on the display tables for any reason, that does not indicate the item is free for taking. Unless an item is won with highest bid, the item remains the property of its original owner. Removing such items without permission is stealing.
Neither the Auctioneer nor the Auction Company is responsible for accidents.
We highly recommend all items be examined prior to bidding. All items are sold as is, where is and without any warranty of any kind, either stated or implied. A good rule to follow: If you have not examined an item, do not bid on it. We will always mention any damage we notice, but in the fast pace of an auction, even our experienced people frequently miss flaws.
